Halifax Seaport Farmers' Market
Halifax Seaport Farmers' Market is a popular tourist destination for people visiting “the city” Halifax. It's located right on the Halifax waterfront and has over 100 vendors selling all sorts of fresh fruits, vegetables, honey, plants, baked goods, homemade soaps and lotions, wool sweaters, jewelry, gourmet food items, antiques, fresh seafood and more.
The Halifax Seaport Farmers' Market is open every day from 8:30am to 6pm during the summer and 9am to 5pm in the winter. It's located at 1209 Marginal Rd, Halifax, Nova Scotia B3H 4P7.
The market also offers a variety of special events, such as cooking demonstrations and live entertainment on certain days. The market is wheelchair accessible with ramps and an elevator into the main building. There are free parking spaces just outside the front door and more close-by lots that cost $1 per hour with a max of $8 per day.
